A mother and daughter birthday was celebrated with a Mama Luna Banana Cake! I love to see the joy on my friends faces whenever I deliver a cake. I heard this cake was gone in 60 seconds :) Happy Birthday, ladies…..I hope you enjoyed every bite!
CAMP FIRE CAKE
A friend hired me to bake a special “burn piles” cake for her mother’s birthday! I took some red and orange jolly rancher candies, baked them for a few minutes so they would melt to create a fire-y look, then once they cooled I broke them into pieces and…..Viola! The camp fire logs are pirouline cookies and the leaves were specially ordered and are not edible. We had so much fun creating this cake together.

Today we celebrated my dear friend’s son’s FIRST birthday! His party was at the Pomona Fair where there was a petting zoo for all the kiddos. He definitely enjoyed the baby “smash” cake I made for him. Happy 1st Birthday, Kahlo!
PARK PARTAY!
As a mom I love to surprise my kids especially on their birthday. I know life can get so busy at times but it’s so important to make them feel special and loved. I showed up at the park when my son was at camp and surprised him and his friends with a chocolate cake straight out of the oven. He was over the moon thrilled! Honestly, all you need to call a gathering a party is good friends, balloons and a delicious cake.
