Chunky Monkey Cake, anyone?
I surprised my friend, Michelle, with this GF Chunky Monkey Cake for her birthday! Her family said it was so moist and super scrumptious. Chunky Monkey cake is Banana Cake baked w/ chocolate morsels and topped with cream cheese frosting, chocolate chips and walnut pieces. YUM!
